Fat Lil's is Oxfordshire's finest music venue and we have been lucky to play there several times. Paul, Fiona and the FLC have great bands, great comedy and great cocktails so check them out!
REHEARSING & RECORDING
Our current favourite rehearsal studio is at Green Room Studios in Witney. We have used them for around 3 years and they have a fantastic setup, which is evolving all the time. We haven't tried the recording facilities yet but they have a good deal on recorded rehearsals which we plan to use soon. Great guys; great kit; great atmosphere - and everything is green (apart from the guys)!
LIVE MUSIC
Our local live music pub is the wonderful Rose & Crown in Charlbury. Live music once a month or sometimes more often, alternating between professional touring acts (solo, duo or trio) and local musicians. We hope to be playing there before Christmas 2018! In the meantime, check out Brew Monday at the pub, where all real ales are £2.50 a pint - CAMRA's regional Pub of the Year more than once, so they know a thing or two about beer.
RECORDING (AGAIN)
Studio 101 is a fantastic recording facility in Kidlington and Martin and Jimmy have been a great help to us over they years.
FESTIVAL
Charlbury Riverside Festival is one of the UK's largest annual free festivals having been around for over 14 years. If you haven't been, you should make a date for next year!!
